I landed a 8.5kg silver first decent one in almost two years
I shot him pretty well at first I thought it was bigger than the 12kg one but when i was back on the beach i could see it was smaller, but it had a large head.

Diving

Well we've had rain, rain, rain, wind, big swell, wind and now the sea does not know what to do.
Some poor soles feom Cape Town have come up to the Hole in the wall, but i am sure all they have done is test their drinking fitness.
Talking of the Hole (HITW) i was there wat the end of April with Tony Swart ,Adrian Barichievy and Marin Victor the first day was kaak (very bad) zero viz, day two we stoped behind the hole saw some small Kob Adrian saw some small kingies, but nothing shot,
We then got to Bolompo point, my turn to buggie tony got got a nice spottie, then we moved down to Xhora mouth found some clean water and Adrian got a nice 6 kg Cat Face Rock Cod.
On the way back we jumped in again at Bolompo point and i got a 7 kg Garrick and Tony two of about 3kg.
The next day Martin jined us and yes he got an awesome 17.2 kg Black Steenbrass.
We dived some crays after we beached the boat a battle but found a few and Tony sticking his hands were they are not wanted got zaped by a Morey Eel.
That was the trip. I hope the boys from Cape Town do better.
cheers for now
